Take Me Home Horse Placement

Our Little Farm....

known as "ROAD APPLE RANCH"

Cindy Lou", my 1st  PMU rescues out of Manitoba, Canada in 2003. This here with her little girl "Cheyenne" born August 21,2008.___________________________________________________________________"Donna Lynn" also came to out home in 2003, she is Cindy half sister. This mare has had 7 months of training and you can do anything with her, she is one of my sweetest and she too is a PMU Foal.______________________________________________________________________

This is my horse I named "Daisy", because I have always wanted a Black & White cow and this is the closest I will come to a cow! She is also a PMU rescue I got out of North Dakota in 2007 she was a year old and it has taken me sometime to gain her trust, we are still working on it. This mare is Shire and Paint, she is beautiful.___________________________________________________________________________________________

This is "Dakota Cowboy" if you look close he has a cowboy shape on side by the girth area. This colt also came with Daisy. He is the father of my most recent surprise baby to be. He is Shire and Paint as well and he is the gentlest guy, he was completely unhandled when I picked him up in June 2007, and now as you see my 9 yr old has hold of him, he does anything you ask of him. He is also a product of the PMU industry._____________________________________________________________________________________________

This is "MO" short for more food, this 7 yr old thoroghbred was 350 lbs to 450 lbs under wieght when I purchased him for $1.00. He had no sparkle in his eyes, nor it seemed a will to live. This photo was taken 1 month after we got him and yet today he has gained even more weight, he whinnies when he see us coming, is very eager for attention. He is a wonderful guy. He is all of 17 hands and seems to be getting tall as he gains weight. Mo needs to rebuild the muscles in his back, due to when he was starved his body survived off his muscle causing him to have Astrophy of hismuscle. He will grow out of this but it will take time to rebuild what he has lost. I will keep you all updated on his full rehabilitation.
